Our Process

After you have requested our services, we will come to your home for an assessment. We will look at the size and layout of your house as well as note its age and recent renovations. We will estimate the level of insulation and air tightness, the energy efficiency of your windows and doors as well as other factors. We will examine your existing HVAC system and your electrical panel. Based on all of the information collected, we will perform an analysis and make recommendations for a replacement HVAC system. Finally, up to three HVAC contractors will be chosen to submit bids for your replacement unit. You may choose to move forward immediately or use the bids to get an idea of what your future replacement will cost when you are ready to move forward.
